Shortest time to get RP

Hi there,
What would be the shortest time to get RP after arrival to Qatar. Is there any way to get it expedited as I need to travel for business shortly after my arrival.
What are the things that I should watch for that could delay the processing of my RP.

My company did mine fairly quickly, it took them less than 2 weeks from start to finish including the medical waiting time.
The secret was that my medical appointment was made for a month later, but 2 days after making the appointment I went to the commission manager with a representative from work asking him to sign and allow us to do it on the same day, and I guess he was in the mood that day.
it all depends when you medical is done. when you arrive qatar, your company will apply for medical test appointment.in past you could go to medical commission yourself but now company has to apply for it online. appointment will be approx after 1 month. after medical it'll take around 3,4 days for the report. after receiving the report, RP can be done the next day.
