Im currently working in a construction company and they gave me 3 months working visa that will expire within a week. Until now i'm not signing any contract with them, no medical, no finger prints done so far. but i did the blood grouping test. i want to transfer to another company. Please advice. Is there any problem will happen if i can't get an NOC from my present company considering i did not sign a contract. Or is it fine if i will let my 3months visa expire then exit from qatar and come back here after a few days. Please advise as i want to be free from my present company.

As long you have no ikama you dont need an NOC

but you have to leave and ask the other company to send you a new visa
