Need to know the documents to be sent to Qatar embassy in the Phils. upon approval of husband's sponsorship.

Would just like to confirm if the only docs needed are original passport of wife and approved visa document to be sent via DHL to Qatar Embassy? Is medical exam through an accredited clinic and international NBI clearance still needed? Appreciate your reply/feedback. Thanks
no need for NBI
send the:
passport size picture (two)
original passport
and the accredited medical Certificate
and also dont forget to include the approved electronic visa from here
and it should be sent through DHL express
Don't forget the pictures. (I forgot the size.)
Call any DHL in the Philippines, they do the processing/liasing. They send it to Qatar Embassy and will send back to you after 5 working days.
I have them processed our kids docs way back. :)
