health card

Hi friends,we went to health center to take a new health card for our 1 year baby.bt,they r asking green card.bt,we don't have.he born in srilanka.what we can do?any body can help us.

go to supreme council of health and apply for the green card for your baby. just bring the passport together the visa. if you have a copy of vaccines of your baby in your country, you have to bring also because they will copy the vaccines that is given to your baby.

tell them that your baby is not born in qatar. or ask them is it possible to have a green card by showing the vaccination card from your country.

ask them where to get the green card, perhaps they know where and how to get one..
