EXTENSION, CANCELLATION OR RENEWAL?????

Hey huys, instead to ask my concern with my company, I just want to ask first your suggestions and comments:

I got approved family visa for my wife, my 4 year old daughter and also for my 15 year old daughter too. Unfortunately, the later one can’t come to Qatar as she will study with our country, and she got a chance to travel here by December 2011 only (Christmas vacation).

My Question,…Is the approved visa need extension or required to renew, or the visa issued will be cancelled if she cant come within given grace period? Do I need to renew it with my own expense or what shall I do? Please share comments and suggestions.
