Can I take Legal Action against cheating?
Recently I have bought a car by seeing advt. from Qatar Living. The advt. was saying 100% lady driven. I bought the car believing that the car was lady driven and well maintained car.
After making full payment and taking delivery,I noted that the CD music system was replaced with cassette player, there was no spare key, and I found the seller owned the car only for a few weeks.
Surprisingly, I found the same family had given advt. with same telephone number for another car. The previous advt. was deleted from qatarliving. Then I realised that my dealing was a pure cheating by convincing me as lady driven car. I don't want to mention the nationality of the seller. I would like to WARN all the buyers that there is intentional cheating is going on by pretending as family owned car, 100% lady driven etc.
I write this letter to warn all the readers for not getting cheated like the incident happened to me. If you want the nationality and telephone number of the seller, please email me.
forget about taking action .... just waste of time its your fault ..... you went to him to buy and its nothing that was officially saying that it was lady driven or anything like that you saw the car and you bought the car ....... you can try but its just waste of time dear
just mention(paste the link) one of his advertisement

in qatarliving most of the people sell cars--who are doing business.
so be careful to buy a car!!!
if your car's engine, gear, chasis is good, than it's ok to not angry with the seller. because some people buy cars and after they found the car had dangerous accident/ gear is not good/ engine is not ok etc...
so next time check the car on computer, that's the best thing to do!!!
Why u people r going to buy that car which is driven by lady? Is ladies r more care than men.
It could probably amount to cheating if the changes as you mention were made after you saw and agreed to a different product and paid for it.
Otherwise, it is unethical but I doubt if it could be called illegal.
You have to do some due diligence before buying a second hand vehicle or anything used for that matter. How can you take someone’s advt on face value – especially since you’ve only just met him/her. Cheating is not nationality dependent – however you may inform the QL users of his ID or phone number (considering setting up a new id is a five min job) and he's most probably a car dealer.
It is unfortunate that you got sold a lemon but again it was your responsibility to check the vehicle before paying your money. There are genuine sellers in QL but there are unfortunately guys who which to take advantage of gullible buyers. Btw what is the correlation between a lady driven car to it being a good used vehicle? I would further scrutinize the lady driven vehicles.
well.. you should have read QL guidelines. BTW, did you not take the car for a checkup at a computer centre?
also, when you first saw the car, did it have a cd player or a cassette player.
i don't think you can complain coz its completely ur fault. you should have taken full care when buying a second hand vehicle.
So you only bought the car cos it was lady driven?
of course u have the right to file a case w/ that cheater as long as you have your concrete evidence. So that they will stop fooling people.. Digital Bad Karma for that cheater!!!! Next time becareful, and try to check the item before purchasing it...God bless.
