Kadama Visa transfer to husband sponsorship
Hello and good day to all. I would like to hear some of your opinion in this topic of mine it goes like this. Is kadama visa can be transfer to husband sponsor visa? NOC from his current sponsor will be given, husband salary is more than 10 thousand, husband company will provide arabic certificate mentioning salary, position and NOC to transfer wife Kadama visa to permanent visa under husband sponsor is it possible? and where i will submit this form is it in the labor or in immigration? what other necessary documents that i need to provide except from those mention above? Kindly give your opinions thanks.
I agree with MSG. Your issue is very easy, don't worry. you can get your family visa & your wife under your sponsorship in due time...Good Luck!
SHe will need to exit in Qatar or if you have good relation to authorities they can do the necessary arrangement in the immigration. if exit done She can travel to Qatar in two days time after the exit/cancelled her Visa and after releasing of her Family Visa. As far as i know KADAMA workers are not abide by Qatar Labor Law so dont worry about her contract.
MSG I have a follow up questions for you, after her kadama visa has been cancelled she need to exit in Qatar is it mandatory? and how many months after her exit she has to wait to enter again in Qatar? If her contract to her employer is for 2 years there will be no problem if her visa will be cancelled after 6 months of service? Please give your valuable suggestions.
agree with MSG...it will be more easier...
Cancel her Kadama Visa and bring her in Family Visa and then apply for RP under your sponsorship it easy way no need for long arguments.
Requirements
1. No Objection Certificate from her Sponsor(NOC)
2. Salary Certificate & letter from your sponsor
3. 6 months bank statement
4. Marriage Certificate attested by Embassy(original)
5. approval from Labor Dept.
I knew that Kadama visa is a personal sponsorship and not transferrable, if you have complete documents and qualified salary, try your luck. go to labor office and submit your application.
Is it for you or someone else? You know why I am asking this.
