Auto Refresh for Tracker pages

I have seen an auto refresh feature in some of the popular web sites (eg: cricinfo, google news), where they refresh the page automatically over a period to show the latest information.

It would be nice to have this feature in QL Recent posts / My Recent Posts screens. Penny for your thoughts?

I love the suspense that few seconds wait generates after after pressing F5 to see what's new, don't take it away from me :P

WK, I think, it's better if we could reload a particular part of the page which changes frequently....user friendly (aka making the user lazy) :)
