Workout in Doha - lifting weights
Hi,
I'm going on vacation for 1 week to Doha, and I am a female powerlifting athlete. Which fitness center has the best equipment for squat, benchpress and deadlift? Is Gold's Gym ok? It would be great to find a place where both men and women can be at the same time.

its always accustom here that ladies and gents are in separate room or place like this stuff (gym) my husband and i are both going to gym but we have separate place though on the same establishment
Does the ladies gym at Aspire have weight lifting equipment? Probably not?

Aspire is the best , but its not mix .

try villagio mall or city center .. they have gym there
I heard that the gym in city center mall has some great features, but truth be told, i never went to it
No more Gold's Gym. Aspire probably has a waiting list. Try either Fitness first or Energie, they both have per day charges.
