Hi folks,

Last evening after loosing my way thrice and in and out of traffic i finally managed to reach W hotel, looked for a parking around couldnt find one, finally i managed to park next to some cars that were already parked there, instinctively i knew it was wrong - but there was no heavy traffic there....anyways i come out after about an hour and a half and find a yellow sticker stuck on my wind shield - my bad luck - i know am wrong...what i want to know is...how much is the fine for? and will there be any points ( i just checked the site but i guess it will take some time for the violation to register there) i cant avoid paying the fine i know, but is there any way to get the points waived off...
pls advise
thanx

Got one exactly in the same spot a couple of months ago even though there are no visible NO PARKING signs and many cars were already parked there. The nice policeman would not stop writing the ticket even though he had not put it in the system by the time I got back. 500 Riyals and 3 points later, I am even more careful as there is no logic behind writing some parking tickets to me.

On the bright side, we weren't stopped for driving the wrong way on a one way street as many cars there do ;) I am sure the fine and points would be higher.

Minimum 300 and max upto the violation....if that was after the complain to police by any Mudeeeer then fine might be more than 500, minimum points 3 will be deducted for wrong parking....this will be resumed after one year if there will not be any violation in next year....other wise arrange any other person who will own this...to save ur points finally u have to pay off to that man and to the police tooo.....gud luck
