Updating twitter via mobile phone...

I have a doubt. Earlier, I used to update my twitter account via mobile phone using Qtel. But I haven't been on twitter for a long time and forgot how to use it.

I logged on to my account and tried to find Qatar in the list of countries which allow phone updates, but couldn't find it. I'm pretty certain I'd used it a couple of years back.

I searched the site and saw a news article which said Qtel recently signed a deal with twitter which allows people to update their profile via SMS. But I cannot find a link of how to do that either.

Anyone on QL, who use twitter as well, have any idea how to do this? Any pointers would be really helpful. Thanks in advance.
