NOC and Back Pre requesites

Hello All,
I am in the process of leaving the country after receiving NOC from my employer. I am suppose to come back in about a Weeks time to the new employer after they are completed with my VISA. I have few Questions

I have spoken to my bank and they are okay with this setup and they gave me no liability letter.

1) Does it have any impact on House rent Contract?
2) Two cars on my wife's name do they remain as it is?
3) My wife wants to come back with me as she is the process of getting a Job. Is there any workaround for her?
4) What happens to my Qtel DSL/Mobile/Mosiac , Kaharama connections?
5) Do we have to give driving test again for our driving License?
