MY WIFES 6 MONTHS VISIT VISA IS GETTING ENDED ON 28TH OF APRIL. I WISH TO EXTEND IT FOR ANOTHER 3 OR 6 MONTHS BY MAKING EXIT TO SAUDI ARABIA INSTEAD OF INDIA. IM PLANNING RATHER FOR GOING TO UMRA AT THE END AND RE-ENTER MY WIFE. IS THAT POSSIBLE?

Your wife can visit QATAR again only after 3 months..not before that...

This not possible. Once 6 months are over your wife will have to exit doha and you can apply for another Family Visit Visa again after 3 months....
