Re: new services for people with learning disabilities in Doha
R.E.A.C.H.(Rehabilitation Education and Community Homes)is a medium size company providing long term care to people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviour, in England. We are in the process of setting up our services in Doha, following our previous and successful visit to the region in November as part a United Kingdom trade delegation.
As meeting parents, who may wish to see more services available in Doha, was the one aspect of our previous visit which did not manage to fulfill we are trying now to arrange for our colleagues in Doha to meet with some parents of individuals with Learning disabilities. This will allow us to assess first hand the acute needs in respect to care and rehabilitation services required in Doha.

Also trying to get in touch to find out about services in Doha for individuals with challenging behaviour/LD. I am moving to Doha in March (to join my husband) and have been unable to find out anything about provision for people who have challenging behaviour/ASC which is my background.
