There are Mods and Site Owners....

As per my understanding,

'qatari' & 'ahmad' are the site owners and are responsible for maintaining the site.

Mods..they are more than one...they moderate the forums and classified and take action mostly in accordance to the QL Community Guideline...

painther, you meet the Qualification criteria to become a Mod.... ;)

it means...there are MODs and then there are Super MODs....confused!!!!

will someone clarify--

1. are there more than one MODs?

2. if so, What is the qualification to become a MOD.

3. If so, different MODs works on their whim & fancy or is there any specs/code of conduct?

4. is there democratic process followed, (we are equal stake holders of QL, for good offcourse)

4. finally, if I write this, in good intention offcourse, will MOD(s) will get angry and "punish' me ?,
