Coffee contains caffeine, which acts as a stimulant. For this reason, it is often consumed in the morning and when feeling tired.

That's why I drink Decaf Coffee. I Find the Decaf Tasters Choice by NESCAFÉ tasts the same as their fullcaf Tasters Choice, but allows me to sleep at night.

Good! You can sleep in the morning like me! I love to stay up late. So I start work at 10:00 am or sometimes 10:30 am.
