Installing new woqod LPG cylinder named "shafaf"

Hi Qlers,
I rent a house and there was woqod gas cylinder but it was empty, now i already exchanged this with filled one but I am unable to connect it with the regulator... also if i press its pin i can't hear any noise for gas and no smell. I don't know what is wrong, because i m sure cylinder is full. Can any body help me in this regard please?

Wokod is playing with people lives...No.service centre to install gas...beware

I found the way and already managed it to connect. The procedure is in the woqod's website... thanks.

I had to push down the regulator quite hard to make it click into place. Don't forget to turn the lock (on/off switch) once it's connected.

Please take care. If you are unsure maybe you should take it back to the shop and ask them to check the tank or help you.
