I think cars are either new or used. Some are used more than others. But a new car is the one you pick up personally at the manufacturer's plant. Anything else is used.

If you go to the Industrial Area to Street Number 10 you might find guys who sell 'old' vehicles. There is also an auction of cars. Otherwise Salwa Road is full with second-hand car showrooms.
