EZDAN RENT??

But the main problem in EZDAN , Very difficult to get QTEL and thus Internet connection ...Also its bit Far from Doha....

First two month free... and next 12 months u have to pay 5200 for 2BHK ,, again last 4 months free.... Okeyy...

But , later on, If they didn't give last 4 months as free , what we will do ???

my friend lives in ezdan 4 in a villa 4 bedrooms 4 toilets...7100 per months including water and electricity

But if you enter a new lease contract with Ezdan management they as offering 18 months stay on twelve month rent @ the rate of 5200 inclusive of W&E

So the effective rent will be QR.3467 per month for 18 months.

add 6 month free to nithin sharma's offer. So it comes to less than 3500 per month.

its 5200 for 2br inclusive of rent electricity, if you want i am willing to tansfer my remaining agreementof 7 months,because my company is providing me accomodation.
