I wld not like to dissappoint you bt Truth is that in Interview they Jst ask your profession and Salary that is it ..Still In Most Cases they R nt Approving it...So Dont Expect you Get Residence approval in Meeting

Second if you will do Medical For Visit visa then it is Valid till three Mnths aand in Case your residence then same medical report you can submit for residence

4 days is not enough to process a permanent residence visa.

in case, the labor department approved your application, it will take 2-3 days processing for your visa then you have to do again the medical in which it will take 2-3 days before you can get the result. once the medical has been released, you will go again to the immigration department to submit all the needed documents then after that you will go for fingerprinting that will take 3-5 days or worst 1-2 weeks. base on my calculation, 4 days is not enough.you have at least 2 weeks to process your residence visa...
