i applied for a residence visa for my wife and two my kids in june but after attend three times lajna they not approved my visa my salary is more than 8500 qr i am working in kahrmaa as a valve operater,what is the the way to i get the visa ,still i dont know resaon for reject i ask somany times but nobodys inform me the reasron can you suggest me what i do

they will give you a reason when they reject your visa. By najam i think you mean you have also met the captain. Speak to the captain and get the reason why they are not giving your family a visa.

Sometimes, your salary might be high but your profession stamped on the visa can be a hindrance.
