Work Permit and Ban Doubt

I recently received an email contract from a company in qatar. I have a few questions regarding ban. In the present contract the contract duration is mentioned as 1 year and the probation period as 6 months.

My doubts are,
1) If after the probation period the company decides not go further with me, will I have a chance to look for other jobs or would I get a ban. If there is a ban, how long would that be for?

2) If after the contract period of 1 year, either the company or I decide not to continue, can I look for another job or would there still be a ban, if yes, for how long.

In both these cases if I get a No Objection Certificate would it help my situation, and if yes, is it easy to get a NOC.

Also I have heard rumors that the sponsorship system is going to get a overhaul, in that case, if I am already working in Qatar would the news rules be applicable in my situation.

I hope you can clear my doubts,

thanks in advance..

merry Christmas every one.. .

so does it mean that in qatar, even after working any number of years in a company, if i choose to move to a different company, i would need an NOC, else there would be a ban.

how long is the ban duration..

thanks

you cannot transfer your sponsorship before completion AT LEAST 1 year with the same sponsor (sometimes 2 years are required), regardless you have a NOC or not.

Getting a NOC - ask about it your Company BEFORE signing the contract, simple.

even if your contract term is completed, you still will need a NOC letter to join another company.

rumors are rumors.. you ask us how exactly it will work, while admitting that it's only rumors so far.. doesn't make sense to me..

NOC is always sole discretion of the company you’re eying for.
