Is 30,000 QA salary with no allowance is good ?
I work in IT field and i got a job offer in Qatar
I want to know if salary between 30,000 to 35,000 with no allowance at all is good or not , for a family to live in a decent level of life ?
please help me ASAP..
does having no health insurance make defrent in Qatar ?
and how much the rang of apartment two bedrooms in a good place in qatar ?

30,000 is a gud salary..as the appartment normally ranges from 5000-7000 QR...and as for the medical...yes it very expensive in here....i just went to pull out one of my tooth and it cost me 2000` QR...thanks to AXA insurance that i had

What is the approximate cost of petrol for a 4 cylinder and 6 cylinder car?
What is the approximate cost for grocery shopping for 2 adults ? (regular daily needs)
Currently where I live I am saving around 10,000 QR after paying all expenses. will I be able to save more than that with 30,000 QR in Qatar?
We should probably have a cost base and then people will be able to see what is the real remainder,the 30000 will be given left and right and the remainder in cash may probably not worth moving to a very hot & expensive country
If we add up the cost components,I mean ALL,you end up with close to nothing for savings? right?
Quite confused actually, I got a comparable question with warnings that 25000 is just enough to make it, so 30000 wouldn't make any visible savings,
or is it because my question was for a family with 2 kids?

Well i think its a good offer. I know many poeple working for 25000-28000QR and taking care of 3 children. Health insurance is not so very important but It totally depend on ur lifestyle too.
Its really good .If it is 3 times more from ur current package in urs home country.
yes it is good salary package, cost of 2 bedroom apartment in Doha is approximately ranges from 5000QR - 7000QR depends on locality and the facilities, overall good salary, plenty of opportunity to save.

apartment costs b/w QR5000-QR9000 for a medium range. Could go upto QR15,000 depending on what you want.
no insurance dosen't really matter as there is the govt. provided healthcard ...
