Bring him a Ganesh Idol, and m sure he'll be very happy to see that.,.,I did this once.

Coz they've never seen Human body with animal face...

since qataris love Itar (atar i guess they call it here). why dont you get some good 'itar' from india, if U r north indian, Ujjain is very famous for authentic itar and thats really good.

Bring a nice souvenir like ship or boat made of wooden.. and if you can place a Qatari n Indian flag on it..would be better..
