can it be possible to change student visa to work visa for boys?

if boy has completed his studies n he wants to work..how can his visa be changed to work visa? or first sponsership needs to transfer?

if anyone knows please answer. thanks

applying for a job === any visa, even no visa (i.e living at gambia )

accepted and sign offer === you will be asked for convert visa

but he is not working now.for working he needs to have work visa first?

does he have to change the sponsership first to the company? then he can change his student visa to work visa? or not
