RP renewal or Visa renewal?

Heard about new law on RP renewal. My question is it apply for annual RP renewal or visa renewal itself. As I am currently on my husband's sponsorship and my RP is valid till end of Jan 2011, whereas Duration of residence stated in my visa is 5 years which is due till 2013. so do I need to attest/submit all the documents to Labor department again for RP renewal or for visa renewal only?

dear

so long as you have RP APPROVAL VALID TILL 2013

nothing to do with rp and

you can prepare new visa renewal application and passport

and go to any passport office, wakra,central postoffice,to apply for validity of visa, it is simple and the same time you will get visa renewed (just five minutes)

no other documents you have to submit
