Question about Al-Siddiqi International Group

Hi guys! I am currently applying for a job to work in Qatar and I'm wondering if you know the Al-Siddiqi International Group. I'm hoping that you can give me a feed back if this is a good company in Qatar in terms of work environment, if they are paying their employees on time and etc. Any pertinent information you can give me will be greatly appreciated. I have already checked their website but I guess I wanna hear directly from those of you who are in Qatar and knows about a thing or two about the said company :-)
