If the Management of SIG is like a damn slavery how can get out of that company's hell management? What is there policies all about? Could you give me more details? Because I want to know it. May be they can victimized me too. And you are now in your own country?

Because when I search there website it is not available and even to search any information regarding the company profiles its look like there are hiding to the public.

So what is this company all about?

No need find better one go to al shaya there is an agency there in pinas.. I work in SiG company after i got my. Computation 700 hundred only i got after 2 years.. Not even.. they are so damn slavery ...

Ask anyone who works for Al Siddiqi especially those from Hospitality and you will find the same reasons why this company is like hell. Employees were not well compensated, unhappy, unequally treated, treated like modern slaves, they have larger allowance than the basic salary (Example: Allowance: 900 QR Basic Salary: 400 QR ) so after spending your long two years you will just received very little. And they will not tell you exactly how they computed your benefits. Even your unclaimed vacation of 45 days in 2 years, you will not know how they computed that after your long suffering of 2 years. If you dare to ask, HR persons will be angry. If you speak for your rights it will be taken against you. I wonder why media people here in QATAR wont try to investigate that. Its a clear modern slavery. EXISTING and HAPPENING. Maybe a government from the respectively countries of the employees should ban this company.

Just wondering if Al Siddiqi Int'l Group is a bad company to work for , i already had an offer from them, shall i accept it or do you really see better not to go, please advise

I BEEN WORKING FOR HOW MANY MONTHS IN THIS COMPANY AND ITS FOR ME TO REALIZE THAT. SIG IS NEAREST TO HELL  JOB EXPERIENCES. NO WORDS TO EXPLAIN, NO WORDS TO BE IDENTIFY ITS HOW I AM UPSET.

dont ever try to find a job in this company. I'm also previous employee of this company. Managment is very bad. they will take employees bend and most of the employees are suffering without facilities and good salaries. So now its upto u.

..in the country....run by family...five Siddiqui brothers....many famous resraurants currently run by them and new are coming up...

wow this one is a let down :-( and I thought I'll get some help here since I really thought that folks here are helpful because I have been reading a lot of posts in this site and members are nice enough to give their thoughts and share info, I guess i was wrong...
