Holding without salary after termination.

I am terminated from a company in August 2010, with one month notice period. Company offered me sponsorship change. But even after three months company not issued NOC. Is it possible for them to hold me without salary for a long period? Termination letter is not issued to me also. Am I eligible for the salary of these period? What should I do to proceed this?

Go to Labour Dept and in just 1 day you can have it all..believe me..

Yes you are entitiled for your salary provided you have a contract and you have not signed any termination letter.Just approach the labour dept via an advocate/or embassy.
