I was afraid they might hit us with the "family day" stick at the fan zone.

Jacko Fan zones will be NO to a resident. Hold your permit tight. lol

It would be inshort MASSIVE INVESTMENT that any country has ever done so far..

There are countries who can spend, but they are 100s of times the size of Qatar :). Its huge for a tiny country like Qatar
