I wan't to build a PC, are there any hardware stores?

So, I'm looking to build a PC. I can order online, but I don't know if the components can take the beating from shipping overseas.

Are there any good hardware stores in Qatar that are NOT overpriced and sell a full range of equipment? (GPU, PSU, CPU, Mobo, etc.)

Since as you know, pre-builts are marked up alot, and I want to just build my own.
