You should have informed them before you got the job.

Now that you are al;ready 4 months, inform them as early as possible.

In the old days women were modest and covered up their bumps with loose fitting clothes. Nodays, women want to shout out to the world "Hey look, I've got a bun in the oven"..

Times have changed..

First of all you should not have done such a shameful act while geting employed. Now that you have already done it and continue doing it, you are hiding about it to your great employer. This will not be tolerated by any employer. You should inform about all your movement & position to your employer to have a good result. Think before you do it again!

I really want to hijack this thread and ask why women who are pregnant continue to wear their normal clothes, with the buttons bursting and belly hanging out over the top.

But i won't.

Or get Hardees to deliver 2 cheeseburgers every day in front of all your colleagues, so they'll think that is the reason you end up the size of a camel

tell your employers about your condition as soon as you get back to work.. it's not like you can hide it.

maybe the company got her here on visit or business visa and they haven't converted it to working visa yet, so maybe she hasn't undergone medical exam yet..

'Take some opinion from hr?'

They will sack her! She should have disclosed from the very beginning, quite irresponsible not to.
