Attesting Salary Certificate

Hi,
I want to attest my salry certificate from indian embassy but before that they want me to attest from Chamber of commerce and MOFA. I have copy of specimen signature from my Employer and salry certificate in both english and arabic.
Has anybody went throug this process before. please advise.
