New Born Visa

I went to Immigration yesterday to apply visa for my new born. I have all my documents complete but then when I reached the counter they asked me to go to LABOR to have this "BEARMENT Visa" thing.
Why are they requiring me such? What is this for?
My baby will turn 2 months next week and I am afraid I dont have enough time to accomplish this things...
PLEASE HELP

If the security guard told u to visit gate#4, try there..

The very first thing is what's this BEARMENT visa ??

yes, I repeated it when I heaRD it and even surprised because no one have mentioned this requirement to me, even my friends who just recently applied for new born visa.

Ms. Soniya, would you know if what immigration gate# should I approach/ enter for new born visa application? the security pointed me at gate 4 (visit visa section).

Did you hear it correctly when they'd asked you something other than the documents that you showed up to them???

frankly, i have no clue regarding this.

I would be glad too to get some information regarding this..
