Thank you guys for giving me an advise ,it help me a lot...But i will give it a try to ask a noc from my current company for me to be able to work in education city under the sponsorship of QF...if they not give me a noc then its fine atleast i tried...thanks to all of you!

what is the comman company?mens small compamy!if you want change your company,should be need noc,with out noc cann't accept your document.it's qatar law.

Alumnar - What if your new employer is Public Works Authority is there a possibility to arranged the NOC to the previous employer which is owned and manage by brittish company that doesnt give NOC at all?

May be he lucky coz gov not looking for noc or sponsore in case there is any big reason.

Hawk has give you an insights of your problem. Don't complicate things. Seldom private companies in Qatar would give NOC.

Hawk - there are chances! It always depends on how influential the new employer is (hint: Government!)

Not possible at all even you get a job directly in any Government Department. If your sponsor doesn't agree, no chances. This govt itself has made all these rules, they will not break it.

The advantage lies with the Government company over the private companies.Higher salaries,various benefits.
