Villa is better than apartment, but final choice yours.

I would suggest u for Villa, as its independent, no neighbour issues and u have full freedom.
You can't relate VILLA or APPARTMENT to each other..Both are unique in some way.
If you are looking for quite a huge complex with spacious rooms and enough area to entertain few of your friends, VILLA would be a good option for you..
Or else, APPARTMENTS are not bad either..You can get decent 2bhk or 3bhk as per your need in a good locality.
You just have to be in touch with few AGENTS here who can help you out for your search..thanks

Accomodation with gym and swimming facility, spacious rooms, furnished apartment with all types of modern equipment available, groceries at few distance, enough play area for the kids and top of it, it should be near to the OFFICE area where u or ur husband would work..
If you wish for more, list goes on and on and on..
