Hello,

Next month my wife is expecting a baby. After delivery I want to bring my wife and baby here on visit visa. What is the process and which documents I would need?

Thanks

baby can fly without visa for first 3 months, however u need a passport of baby ( but some countries allows adding baby's name in mothers passport) so u need to apply for visit visa only for your wife,

Although a baby can fly at a week old, many people suggest waiting till they are three months old.

This gives the immune system a chance to develop, to help combat bugs and germs through the recirculated air system of 400 or so passengers. Have also heard, though I can't find the reference, that the soft spot, ear drums and lungs are better suited to coping with the pressure, once they have had a decent chance to get used to working on their own. It may be hard, but my advise would be wait until the baby is 3 months old.

If she was already living here with residence so you won't need to do anything. However, it's better to add the baby on her passport back home then submitt her passport to add the baby on her residence when she comes

hi as far as i know babies who were born 0-3 months could enter here even without visa, your wife should get her passport first then submit it to the immigration or whoever will arrange if for you. you should fill-up the form a family visit form then comply all the requirements..like her passport copy, your passport copy, babies passport copy, your salary salary certificate, your affidavit of support sealed by the your embassy..

better if you inquire to your PRO about this matter im sure he can help you a lot!
