hello guys! hope you can give me some advice...
I've been working for my company right now for more than 4 years, they hired me locally. Now, i got a very good offer from a government company. I am asking for an N.O.C. from my present sponsor right now. They told me to wait and they are going to discuss with the management, i've been waiting for 3 months already, & they didnt gave me any answer if yes or no.What is the best thing to do?
Is it right to give me NOC because they hired me locally? any advice is highly appreciated..thanks to all!!
I think you really need to get the NOC...If i were you i will follow up everytime...

to government company has more requirement that transferring from one private to another! NOC is a basic requirement! And a lot more!
Do you need NOC to be recruited by government office as well? I thought government offices were above such rules.

but if your position is still needed by the company, then the prospect of getting an NOC or even to transfer is very less if not nil.
If I were you, don't apply here but in other country and come back after two years. Good luck!
