Improve language skills

I want to improve my English language skills . specially in speaking. Therefore, I would like to know any volunteers( English native speakers) in Qatar is willing to spare their with me to improve my speaking ability.

1- Start reading english magazines aloud for 2 weeks.

2- Whenever you get chance to talk to someone start using maximun english words.

3- Try to read oxford dictionary as a very good novel.

4- Make your own punchlines like "O my GOd",Hey you,what are doing,O reallyy!!!,Great!!!

5- try to watch news on CNBC of BBC oonce for few days for few moments.

If you want something than indulge in it with all determination you have...

You will succeed for sure.
