Hi everyone,
I am Pakistani. My cousin lives here. I am on visit visa in Qatar and searching for a jobs, I am in negotiations with some big and local companies. Can anyone tell me once i get an offer from the employer what procedures i have to go through to get permanent visa and how long will it takes? plus what documents will be required?
please advice me
Normally after signing your contract. You PRO ( Mandoop ) will ask you the following papers
1) Passport Copy
2) 6 passport size photographs
3) Your degree attested from Pakistan foregin Affairs & Qatar Foregin Affaris & Pakistan Embassy in Qatar
Note: Degree required if u are Manager, Eng, Doc,
He will process your visa if they have Paksitani Visa.
It will take 10 working days to get the approval.
Later they will send u for madical. Madical test result will come within 4 working days.
After Madical test, they will ask u to go for finger prints.
3 to 4 days u will have your finger prints result.
than your PRO will go to immigartion and stamp your passport with Vist Working Visa .
Remember: As per law all expanses is no employer head. U do not have to pay anything .
Ok, I want to add something more to the above comments. The employeer who will give u a job offer, will have to have a Pakistani employment visa approved for them. Once they get the visa approval for your nationality, they can apply for that visa to be issued on your name. You may be aware that nowadays there are nationality wise visa quota barrier on force in the immigration. So you will have be employeed by a powerfull compnay who can get a visa approval for your nationality.
Your employer will provide your visa. You will need to provide documentation and go through the fingerprint and medical parts.
