Check this site www.pakisuyo.com
sending documents to phils. is so expensive. it took me around 250 to send mine via fedex. it arrived 2 days after.
i sent my nbi clearance, passport copy and authorization letter. thats all they need.
btw, tell them its for qatar (they will process it more quickly)
thanks so much for the info ill be calling aramex tom.. we know some ground staff but still waiting who will be coming home w/in this week.
Aramex (44200139 ext.140) or DHL or if you know somebody in Qatar airways (Flight attendant)...Good Luck!
beth30 : actually i have my nbi clearance form already, i thought it would be cheaper if the process will all start at the embassy. probably ill just have to find a way to send it to the philippines
The process starts when you go to Philippine Embassy for filling up the form (QR.100?) but right after that, Embassy people will not be responsible to send it to Philippines, It has to be you who will find ways how to send it to NBI and for the Red Ribbon (Philippines). If you have friends/relatives who will fly home, then good! If none then, no option, rather than send it via DHL to your family, and have them process it ASAP. Dont forget to include an authorization letter(process & claim), adress whoever will process it and then again once done, let them send it here via DHL or handcarry if someone you know will travel back to Doha. Calculate the time frame!
potchai15.... that the best option that you have...
the others you will have to pay.
Philippine Embassy-44831585
pranzer : that's one option we are looking for but we need it urgently so i could start working =(
Jporms : i inquired from phil embassy and its true 100qr for every red ribbon but they told me that i have to send it myself to philippines.
go to phil. embassy sign a form there and they snd it to phils. it will cost u 100 riyals and i think it will take 2 weeks
go to the philippine embassy and check..i think 100 qatar riyal per documents for red ribbon
If you have relatives/friends going to Philippines better ask for a help to send it to your family.
