sending documents to phils. is so expensive. it took me around 250 to send mine via fedex. it arrived 2 days after.

i sent my nbi clearance, passport copy and authorization letter. thats all they need.

beth30 : actually i have my nbi clearance form already, i thought it would be cheaper if the process will all start at the embassy. probably ill just have to find a way to send it to the philippines

The process starts when you go to Philippine Embassy for filling up the form (QR.100?) but right after that, Embassy people will not be responsible to send it to Philippines, It has to be you who will find ways how to send it to NBI and for the Red Ribbon (Philippines). If you have friends/relatives who will fly home, then good! If none then, no option, rather than send it via DHL to your family, and have them process it ASAP. Dont forget to include an authorization letter(process & claim), adress whoever will process it and then again once done, let them send it here via DHL or handcarry if someone you know will travel back to Doha. Calculate the time frame!

If you have relatives/friends going to Philippines better ask for a help to send it to your family.
