Relationship Advice: Words Can Hurt or Heal

By suri19

"Stick and stones, may break my bones, but words will never hurt me."

Remember that little rhyme from childhood?

It's wrong.

And more than that, it's a lie. Words are very powerful. Words can hurt or heal, build up or tear down, comfort or curse.

Our tongue, and the words that come from it, has incredible power. Words have the power to hurt or to heal, to tear down or build up, and to curse or comfort.

I do read all jb post, he is smart, he can control his emotions despite of all you guys here blame him for posting multiple threads.

I'm not against him nor i will defend him.

Just be careful with all the words you have spoken.

Good topic Suri... I like it, but most ppl won't understand the real meaning of using right words at right time. they think being outspoken makes them a superior character which is not actually, here there is another problem of tolerance nobody can stand nobody joke or try to understand what they trying to say, simply start accusing others is it coz of office frustration ? or some personal problems QL is just way to communicate with all types of genders nationalities their views, lots of ppl already left QL, i myself get annoyed with the harsh comments on blogs and feel its not worth spending time reading them, lets make this a better place for Good friendship Sorry with my comment if i offended any one !!

Thanks

It is better to be thought a fool and say nothing than to open your mouth and remove all doubt!

defending him. He was already advised (on board) many times and yet your "friend" opted to continue posting so many threads.

I'll tell you this. when you see a Qler's name dominating the front page, it will be a curiousity to check all the posting and small mistake (like posting it in the wrong section, etc. etc) although not really wrong becomes annoying and that's where the different views comes out! As the saying goes, "less talk, less mistake". In his case, "more posts, more prone to annoy". Good morning!
