Over a period of time, I have seen stupid, racist, offensive, dumb posts from all the users except just a handful of users who number less than 5. IMHO...If one or two or three or four or even FIVE threads (of same OP) annoys someone...IGNORE IT...and move on.

It shouldn't be a big deal...and MODS usually delete it or gives warnings.

flor...I dont understand why JB or anybody be called as annoying just by the number of threads being posted, as there are no guidelines as to how many threads can be posted by someone or the quality of the contents of such threads.... threads are being defended somehow! And to imply about insecurity, I will definitely disagree with it HGL!

I remember Smoke's "points threads" which last long enough before moderated and FU's different thread that were also moderated.

IF Jared posted one or two, fine it can be replied or ignored correspondingly. But it's obvious that guy has some attitude problem in posting those threads and what was expected was for the Mods to moderate the others and make "suggestion or advise" to "slow down a little". Nobody was annoyed during the 1st and 2nd but when the next following threads came out, it was obvious that the guy is just posting senselessly! And that's where the reaction came.

In WK's case, if he posted once, fine, but following it with two or three same thing, that's something else! And he admitted that he just want to "get even" with Jared!

I always believe and say that human beings have a very short memory span...if I am not wrong sometime back we had a spate of chat sessions on QL among a few QLers and inspite of eyebrows being raised by many those sessions never stopped and best part was those threads did not belong to those users ... atleast Jaredboy is creating his own threads, he is not spoiling someone elses thread.... it is upto people to comment or not. Yes flooding, senseless, etc etc... agreed...but then who is to post the sensible ones, why arent the sensible posts being posted...I hope no one is feeling insecure by JB's shooting popularity curve among a few QLers.

As long as there are members that answers those annoying threads, they will not stop. For me, I am more annoyed by them than those who posted the annoying threads

Chilax flor. We all yelled out in almost all the jaredboy threads,but he didn't stop. I am sure WK's intention is to give a lesson to him than flooding QL wt nonsense topics.

I never condoned my "kabayan" threads yesterday and I will never also condoned WK threads. But what I am expecting is "MODERATING" these threads according to the rules and guidelines. It is so obvius and the WK admitted it that these recent threads is just to let-out his "frustrations" about Jared's threads yesterday. But in doing so, he also added annoying threads on board! Wrong could not and will never correct a wrong thing. So please spare me with your friendly defenses!

quality of discussion has really declined in recent times. I see very few threads of substance where people have a real discussion with any trace of intelligence.

There is a usual round of suspects who rattle on about anything from the neighbour's dog to the pain in their toe nails... meaningless banter.

Fine, people need to socialize, but that kind of discussion can be reserved to a certain thread instead of having it on any and every thread.

People take pride in 'hijacking' threads but sorry, really it is amusing to a few people but a pain in the neck for almost everyone else. Especially people who just read and don't comment.

The standards in QL are falling.
