can we transfer visit visa?

Hello

Im having visit visa right now for a one month. and one of my friend gonna set me a working visit visa for 3000Qrs n there s another free visa for 1year around 2500Qrs...

so if i come with my visit visa is it possible to transfer my visit visa to one of above? or do i have to exit?

ishi, its better to apply to companies who can give you work visa without the need of paying them.
