Thanks Madam tanya 123

Madam the company of my sponsor close because she didnt renew her license company.(that's what I think) I have the original copy of the CDR ID of my sponsor which is expired last year. Then there's a humors that the company of my sponsor was banned for the reason of selling visas. Before my visa expired i ask some help to a qatari to help me to talk to my sponsor( my sponsor can't talk in english) to ask for my release and noc or to cancel my visa. but sadly my sponsor doesnt want to give any papers to me. So it takes me 8 months before I get my NOC and CANCELLATION and to pay her 5000QR then kalas. She didnt bother to tell me why it takes to long for me to get those paper from her and for the issues regarding of selling visas. She didnt care for those people under her sponsorship she only care for the money. Honestly madam I dont want to overstay here right now mam

I was fighting for my rights to exit properly not to deported. And I think there's no human rigth here =(

Shakira,

What do you mean by the company is closed?

it could closed as License has been cancelled or business operation is closed but License is still valid.

IF the License has been cancelled, try to secure / get a copy of cancelled CR (Commercial Registration), copy of cancelled Computer Card and copy of cancelled Municipal Permit. Take those plus your passport, ticket, fees for penalty and cancellation of visa (good that you have) to airport immigration and they will do the rest, you will then be cancelled and leave doha.

If the License is still valid, then ask the mandoop of company to renew your Visa first, then cancel, then leave. I know you will asked the the renew if you want to leave? well because it is the procedure. renew and pay the QRs.10/- per day then you can be cancelled.

Dont make the same mistake again that you will give them the money and lose it. tell the mandoop or sponsor that you will both meet at the immigration for necessary paperworks.

hope it helps.

NOC

sir cherukkan its there any possible that i could pay for my penalty before my flight? or I should pay that on the day of my flight. And sir do u think they will talk to me coz I dont speak arabic a friend of mine told me that all the people working in the immigration only speak arabic.

the_smart, can I ask you a question just to clear my curiosity? How is she going to renew her visa without the approval of her exisitng Sponsor. She should pay the penalty first and should find another Sponsor and a visa who should let her go.

The other option you suggested is possible, to go to basnsahaba with the ticket and pay the penalty (penalty will be charged as it is not one week it is 8 months over stay), get out of the country and try for another visa to come back.

If you go there in basnsahaba or whatever they call it they will ask you in the same time there yo go and buy your flight tickets from qatar airways which is there near to next counter of them in same place then just bring back the tickets and they will ask for penalty some time they not ask for penalty( try ur luck) then if you got already your NOC you can easily get ur visit or working visa.

If you pay the penalty and renew your visa then you can change your sponsorship easy .if your record is good they will ask you to bring the police clearance cartifcats too or NBC (I think) from your embassy when you apply for sponsorship changing .

they going to ban me for 2 yrs even though i have my NOC and CANCELLATION? And sir smart how can i renew the visa? is it from my previous sponsor or for a new sponsor? If its from my previous sponsor i think i cant renew it coz its already closed and have a bad records. I bought my visa to my sponsor I did'nt work to her company.

If you pay the penalty which is 10 Qr per day then you can renew your visa and change your sponsorship too. You have to pay your penalty only for 5 month not for 8 which is 5x30=150. 150x10 = 1500.

either if you go to basmsahba or whatever they call it they will charge u the same amount and air tickets.and they will give the date .

It's easy don't worry dear but you will be bane for next 2 year .

good day ruby!

I dont think that POLO will help me...

I have a friend who asked their help(POLO) regarding of her sponsor instead of helping her they said that my friend needs to go to our embassy so the embassy will help her. When she was in the embassy and asked regarding on that matter the embassy told her to go in OWWA. The OWWA told her to go back to the embassy. So my friend decided to be deported coz no one in our phils govenment agency here didnt help her.
