British Schools
Hi,
I've been given the impression that the British schools here are not that good, even tho there are British teachers in them.
I'm kinda stuck as my kids are doing well in the UK, and if they come here I was told they will suffer...ie fall back a year of two.
Is the above correct?

My kids go there, but they just opened a new place in Madinat Khalifa. It's a fantastic building and they have spaces because they now have this new site.
It's expensive, but worth every penny (or Riyal). Amazing teachers.
what does DESS stand for?
On may I registered my daughter for year 4 coming sept in Dess, Doha college, Dbms....but till now still got no good news....still full or waiting list is still long and bla bla and....
those two schools are the top schools for british school. If you have british passport you will have priority admission.
However because of the influx of expats coming to Doha, they also have a very long waiting list.
What is meant by decent schools...DOHA COLLEGE and DESS? Is it too late to get them in now? are they usually open during these ramdhan days, as I need to find out the costs etc.
If you cant get them to a decent school in Doha, you should not pull them out from their school in the UK.
