Thanks for all the answer, it seems that I dont have a chance to get NOC. How can i get a visit to dubai or abu Dhabi coz I'm planning to exit in qatar and directly go to UAE.Where I can process the visa and what are the requirments? Tnx again. :)
Have them sign and stamp the NOC NOW and make it part of your employment contract!
If i may add to the question : is it binding if a worker and the company includes in a contract stipulations that requires the company to give him/her a NOC after completion of at least 2 years & decides to resign?
In case of a local hire, one has a chance of getting NOC through Labor Court.....and I said, Chance.
Whether hired locally or overseas, giving NOC is solely dependent upon the employers policy. Employees have no rights at all in it here.
