My application status on MOI says "Not completed stipulated time outside country" On August 29, I finished 3 months outside Qatar. Will they automatically update the status and give visa or do I have to ask someone to again go to the visa office?

Yes, I did exit and then only applied. So my question is will they reissue visa or do someone have to go to the office and show them the receipt again for having applied for the new visa, thanks
