Return to Qatar

I have been offered employment in Qatar. I previously worked at Qatar Petroleum and was terminated 2 years ago because I would not accept a decision from management regarding a bonus. What is the time period I must be out the country before I can get back and should I be concerned that they would some how deny me entry. When I left, I was a bit paranoid because there seemed to be a concerted effort to make my life miserable. Although I harbour some animosity to certain individuals who generated the sorry saga, I have no animosity to the country, hence my desire to return.

as per my knowledge, after completing the two years ban, no more problems coming back here. good luck! :)

I don't think you need NOC if you have already served a ban for 2 years....

My friend had the same problem with Weatherford which is sponsored by Al Shaheen Well Services.

He told me that he can come back and enter the country after one year.

I will try to contact him and confer that.

But my suggestion to you that to enter by visit visa and try to get NOC if it necessary

Dont know whether if they have different rules in case of QP's involvement...but One can always come back after two years without NOC.

I thought so, I tried to get one before I left but despite my numerous letters/emails etc, I didn't receive a reply...... maybe I should just forget about it. Thanks anyway.
