you can use it
Did you sign on any paper or receipt that you have received the salary?
Did you receive a cheque from your company against your salary?
Did your company transfer your salary to your bank account?
If answers of the above questions are "No" then no need to show any evidence to the competent authorities.. just complain that you are not geting paid by the Employer and the authorities will ask your Employer to show a proper evidene that you have already received your salary !!
No need for any voice recording or any other manoeuvre !!
sad to hear that....thats why some scumbags are free to do cheating because they clean the mess....
It is possible.. Though I doubt it will be of that much consideration.. Considering the advance technology that we have nowadays, recording voice and converting it similar to your boss's can be done in an instant.. However, and if I remember it right, there's a gadget/equipmet that can prove if that voice is authentic or not.. More importantly, know first the rule of the court then coordinate with your embassy to seek legal assistance and advise..
It is illegal to record other people voices unless they are aware that something is being recorded. Having said that, it wont be admissible at court.
in most countries it is not legal unless the other person knows that you are recording it.
That why you see in movies as well that they inform the person about their rights and tell them anything they say may be used against them.
